Paul Bashford, our Production Director, is a qualified internal auditor and the whole team operates a Quality First approach to producing your material. Our suppliers of polishing consumables and protective tapes are also audited monthly to ensure compliance with our Business Management System. We track not only valid or non-valid complaints received but also our performance in producing material by the requested due date and this is monitored by the Managing Director.
Environmental Policy
We are currently replacing our Environment Policy with accreditation to ISO-14001. We recycle everything from the steel strapping and paper interleaving to the polishing dust that is collected by our extraction equipment. We are working with our protective tape supply companies to trial their new recycled products and our Carbon Calculator means that we can accurately report on the grams of Co2 produced when we polish your material.
