With state of the art equipment we offer a traditional 50mm diameter circle pattern onto flat sheet as well as more intricate finishes. With multiple lines producing from 1 metre to 2 metres wide we are proud of our investment in this section and have won and retained many prestigious contracts with the UK and mainland Europe.

Pro Circ ST 50

ProCirc ST50

The standard pattern for mechanically produced circle or engine turned finishes.

A ProCirc ST50 removes very little surface stock and the substrate should be chosen accordingly. Both 2B and 2R (bright annealed) material are suitable and the finish is ideal for architectural, catering and tank applications.

The pattern can be varied giving you the opportunity to create unique finishes for individual projects – some examples are our ProCirc ST75 and ProWave.

We can apply a ProCirc ST50 onto Sheet only with a maximum width of 2000mm.

ProCirc ST75

A more intricate mechanically produced circle pattern giving a fan effect.

A ProCirc ST75 removes very little surface stock and the substrate should be chosen accordingly. Both 2B and 2R (bright annealed) material are suitable and the finish is ideal for prestigious architectural projects, catering and tank applications..

The pattern can be varied giving you the opportunity to create unique finishes for individual projects – other examples are our ProCirc, ST50 and ProWave.

We can apply a ProCirc ST75 onto Sheet only with a maximum width of 2000mm.

ProWave

A mechanically produced decorative finish that can be customised to suit your individual project needs. A ProWave removes very little surface stock and the substrate should be chosen accordingly. Both 2B and 2R (bright annealed) material are suitable. By applying ProWave onto a Bright Polished sheet the subsequent ProWave Bright is mechanically polishing innovation at it’s best.

The pattern can be varied giving you the opportunity to create unique finishes for individual projects. If you require a standard circle polished finish we offer our ProCirc ST50 and ProCirc ST75.

We can apply a ProWave onto Sheet only with a maximum width of 2000mm.

ProCirc Satin

The standard pattern for mechanically produced circle or engine turned finishes developed for ferritic material. Please speak to our Sales Team for more information on the difference between circle polishing austenitic and ferritic stainless steels.

A ProCirc Satin removes very little surface stock and the substrate should be chosen accordingly. Both 2B and 2R (bright annealed) material are suitable and the finish is ideal for architectural, catering and tank applications.

The pattern can be varied to create giving you the opportunity to create unique finishes for individual projects – some examples are our ProCirc ST75 and ProWave.

We can apply a ProCirc Satin onto Sheet only with a maximum width of 2000mm.

ProCirc Extra

Developed specifically to produce ferritic material to the standard mechanically produced circle finishes. This includes a pre-conditioning process to give almost identical results to the finishes achievable on austentic material.

A ProCirc Extra removes very little surface stock and the substrate should be chosen accordingly. Both 2B and 2R (bright annealed) material are suitable and the finish is ideal for architectural, catering and tank applications.

The pattern can be varied to create giving you the opportunity to create unique finishes for individual projects – some examples are our ProCirc ST75 and ProWave.

We can apply a ProCirc Extra onto Sheet only with a maximum width of 1250mm.
