Flat Products

Flexibility is one of the hallmarks of our business as a whole. That is why we can adapt to both very small and also very large jobs.

Sheet: We are happy to process either a single sheet or a contract involving several hundred tonnes. We have the experience and variety of machines to ensure that we can provide an individual service to each customer.

Plate: We also process using the more traditional method of a "Narrow Band Route" taking our range up to 7 metres x 3.5 metres and 2 tonne piece weight capacity.

Blanks: From 4" square to profile/laser cut pieces as long as 7 metres.

Architectural Profiles: We are happy to advise on finishes and to price from drawings to make your job easier. Once again, flexibility is the watchword.

Coil: 100mm - 500mm wide coil up to 2.5 tonne piece weight in a variety of thicknesses and finishes.

Dull or Satin Finishes

We can provide standard cosmetic finishes or produce material to a measured and certified finish in either Ra, Rz or to 'N' nuclear standards.

Ask our Sales Team about developing a finish that will meet your exact needs and which, through our unique profiling system, guarantees continuity sheet to sheet, batch to batch.

A Dull Polish [ 240 grit ] or a Satin Finish [ 320 grit ] are just two of the many commercial finishes we can apply on any product in any material. If you need a coarser finish such as an 80 grit or a finer finish such as a 400 grit then speak to our Sales Team who will be happy to advise you.

Not sure which finish you need? Our experienced staff will be able to advise you on which finish will be the best and most cost effective for your product. They can also help you if you have a specific reference or a measurement for a finish.

Silicon: If you require a Silicon Carbide finish then we are happy to provide this as an alternative to Aluminium Oxide.

Bright or Mirror Finishes:

On sheet we are happy to offer a Bright / Mirror polish which includes our Speciality Finish 'UltraBright'. All reflective finishes can be measured in either Ra or Gloss units and certified.

Circle Polished Finishes:

On sheet we offer decorative patterned finishes, often referred to as 'engine turned'. The standard ST50 is an overlapping 50mm dia circle - popular in the catering industry.

For something a little bit more unique we offer ST75 which is a fan effect pattern, an eye-catching pattern that is perfect for architectural applications. Why not have these finishes applied to copper or brass as well as stainless steel?

Protection: All products are appropriately protected after polishing.
