We have no restriction on size whatsoever. One of the longest pieces of flat bar processed by PPS was over 15000mm long!

Square Tube

We are happy to process either single lenths or tailor a service for continuous contracts. For larger contracts, part of our service is receiving container loads from the Mills and processing to your schedule

Square Tube – Innovation in Polishing Techniques

We have always Dull and Satin Polished square and rectangular tube but found it to be quite time consuming with our existing plant. As we won more and more orders for this product we found it very time consuming – at one stage we had a couple of hundred of tonnes here - that’s a lot of tubes!

To combat this we looked at various machine manufacturers but found nothing that would do exactly what we want. We solved this by designing a through feed machine that works in concert with an automatic sleeving line. This innovation enables us to polish square and rectangular tube much faster thus enabling us to offer very competitive prices and deliveries.
